Terms of Service — myeMED Management

Welcome to myeMED Management™ (“myeMED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, including your use of our Free Practice Health Assessment and your interactions with our team.

By accessing our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About myeMED Management

myeMED Management provides practice management and administrative support services for physician practices and healthcare organizations.

Our services may include medical billing and revenue cycle management, insurance credentialing, virtual administrative support, health IT solutions, practice startup support, and related practice management services.

Information about our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a client relationship or guarantee that any particular service will be appropriate for your practice.

2. Free Practice Health Assessment

myeMED offers a Free Practice Health Assessment to help practices better understand areas of their financial and administrative operations that may warrant further review.

The assessment may involve discussion of areas such as:

  • Medical billing
  • Claim denials
  • Billing errors
  • Collections
  • Accounts receivable
  • Revenue cycle processes
  • Credentialing
  • Other administrative or practice management challenges

The assessment is provided at no cost and without an obligation to purchase services.

The assessment is intended to provide general insight and identify areas that may benefit from additional review. It does not guarantee that myeMED will identify every billing, collections, or revenue cycle issue affecting a practice.

Individual results may vary.

3. No Professional or Financial Advice

Information provided through our website, assessment, emails, text messages, or other communications is for general informational and business purposes.

The Free Practice Health Assessment is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or medical advice.

You should consult the appropriate qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

4. Contact and Follow-Up

When you submit a form or request a Free Practice Health Assessment, you authorize myeMED to use the contact information you provide to respond to your request and communicate with you regarding the assessment or services you have expressed interest in.

A member of the myeMED team may contact you by phone or email to learn more about your practice, discuss your needs, and explain potential next steps.
